Buying advice Mercedes-Benz C-Class (W202) 1993-2000 Common Issues Engines Inspection

Today I have a special car I would like to review, the Mercedes Benz C200 CDI. This was the first C-class for Mercedes. This car is the successor of the well know and respected Mercedes 190. (w201)

The first generation off this car come to the market in 1993, the car in the video is the face lifted model that come to the market in June 1997. The classic selection was a limited series at the end of the life cycle of the w202.

The car is well respected by car enthusiasts all over the globe, it is respected for its engine and its build quality.

The engine is special, this was the first generation CDI engines from Mercedes, the engine code off the car is OM611. The engine is praised by people that drive a lot of miles each year. The technique of the engine is considered bulletproof.

I have to say that this car got me amazed as well, 17 years old but it still looks like it just came off the production line. This car is spot on. I got the afternoon off the check out the car and make this video, what a great way to celebrate spring in the Netherlands.
